Module 4: Applied Leadership
Applied Leadership is where everything comes together.
In this fourth module of the Frolific journey, students apply the concepts they have learned across the program to their own high school experience.
Through hands-on group work, they learn how to manage academic expectations with self-discipline, responsibility, and resilience; navigate social life with confidence and self-advocacy; and stand out in projects and submissions through creativity and deep thinking. This is where students move from learning leadership skills to using them in real life, with greater confidence, independence, and ownership.
