Ignite Their Potential

with Emotional

Intelligence (EQ)

Future leaders don’t just react, they stay composed, focused, and determined. In this module, students learn to:

Regulate emotions and stay confident in high-pressure situations

Master time management to balance academics and extra- curricular activities

Set & achieve goals with a structured framework

Think critically before jumping to conclusions

Apply lateral thinking to break free from conventional ideas

Use Design Thinking (Stanford’s 5-step process) to solve real-world problems

Lead in Real Life

with Applied Leadership

Leaders don’t just lead others. They know how to lead themselves first, in a way that inspires others to follow. In this module, students will:

Manage academic expectations with self-discipline, responsibility, and resilience

Navigate social life with confidence, self-advocacy, and social courage

Make stronger decisions by thinking deeply before tackling a challenge or solving a problem

Class Size: To ensure a personalized experience, each class is limited to 20 students.

Next Cohort Start Date: January 6, 2027

Program Duration: 20 months

No classes during the summer

Class Timings:

Sat: 10:00 AM - 2 spots remaining

Wed: 5:30 PM - 8 spots remaining

Frequency: 1 hour / week
