MODULE 1

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) For Leadership

Students are prepared to lead with grit, resilience, and an unshakable sense of purpose with skills such as:

“I’ve been doing gymnastics since age 5. In high school, I was advised to quit due to the 25-hour weekly commitment jeopardizing my ability to succeed in my AP classes. However, Frolific helped me organize my priorities and manage my time without feeling overwhelmed. I was able to not only finish the year with all A’s, but also get 5 on all of my AP’s exams- without quitting my sport!."

MODULE 2

Communication For Leadership

Students are empowered to lead with empathy, confidence, and the ability to bring people together with skills such as:

“’I've learned that leadership is not just about getting things done. Frolific taught me to connect genuinely with those around me and stay compassionate when things fall apart. I have been voted to represent my school at the conference of United Nations in Shanghai, on Feb 13, 2025."

MODULE 3

Innovation For Leadership

Students are enabled to lead, create, and inspire with bold solutions to complex problems with skills such as:

“I was competing in a Science Olympiad. Usually I would’ve began the project right away but this time I sat down and really figured out what the rubric was asking from me and redefined the prompt. I used design thinking and redid my project multiple times. I ended up getting first place!”
