Frolific Wheel of Leadership Skills

The Frolific Wheel

TM

At Frolific, we believe that in order to be leaders of the 21st century, our children need to:

Have high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) | Connect meaningfully with others (Collaboration) | Be able to think outside the box (Innovation).

We have broken down these core competencies into smaller transferable concepts that can be easily understood by children (and adults). We call it the Frolific Wheel. Our curriculum is based on this wheel.

This curriculum has been created over 10 years of research, testing, and conducting workshops globally with over 400 parents, children, and educators. Organizations like 4.0 Schools and the VELA Education Fund have also supported us in building & refining the curriculum.

Our Methodology Is Based On
Evidence Backed Results
Frolific Raising Fearless Compassionate Leaders

Evidence Backed Results

We use our proprietary Frolific Growth Scale™ to track each student’s progress across key leadership skills. Results are shared with parents at the end of each module, offering clear insight into their child’s development.

Overview Of A 1-Hour Session

Session Overview

1

Concepts Come to Life

Each week, students explore a key idea from The Frolific Wheel™ through hands-on activities and high-energy challenges. We don’t lecture, we create memorable experiences that stick.

2

Real-Life Scenarios, Real Talk

Next, we bring the concept into their world. Students tackle real-life situations, like handling pressure, speaking up, or managing time, through breakout discussions, role-plays, and debates. It’s honest, interactive, and builds a sense of community.

3

Weekly Goals, Personal Growth

We believe leadership is learned by doing. Every student sets a weekly goal to apply the concept in their own life. These micro-goals keep the learning personal, practical, and purpose-driven.

4

Measured Growth, Shared Wins

Progress matters. That’s why we track each student’s development using our proprietary measurement scale, created in partnership with metrics expert Dr. Kirsten Hill. Parents receive a full report at the end of the program, so you can see the growth, not just hear about it.
