In This Course You Will Learn:

How to express yourself with confidence and assertiveness. Assertiveness means putting across one's viewpoint in a composed or positive way without being offensive or accepting wrong. Students will learn how to express their point of view without upsetting themselves or others.

How to build interpersonal skills by developing empathy. Empathy means understanding the needs and feelings of others. Students learn to relate to and connect with peers from all walks of life and form genuine relationships.
How to build and preserve relationships with effective conflict resolution. Conflicts are inevitable. We teach students how to resolve conflicts by adopting different techniques in different situations for a win-win outcome. Rather than being alienated from each other after a conflict, they learn to form stronger bonds as a result.
